Lokahi Capital helps busy professionals access select real estate and alternative investment opportunities without becoming landlords or operators themselves.
We identify opportunities through experienced local operators and evaluate each investment based on track record, underwriting discipline, alignment, market knowledge, and risk. Qualified investors can then review individual opportunities and decide whether they fit their own investment goals.
Fees, minimum investments, and other terms vary by opportunity and are disclosed in the applicable offering materials before an investment decision is made.

Michael is a dentist, real estate investor, and founder of Lokahi Capital. His background spans clinical practice, consulting, private equity diligence, and direct real estate investing, giving him a unique perspective on evaluating operators, underwriting, and risk.
